No Hidden Fees **WE WILL PRICE MATCH** with proof of leading offer • Minimum Load: $80 – $100 for a single small item like an armchair, small appliance, or a few boxes. • ¼ Truckload: $175 – $250 for a few furniture pieces, trash bags, or a small dresser. • ½ Truckload: $250 – $350, covering medium cleanouts such as a sofa, mattress set, or washing machine. • ¾ Truckload: $350 – $400, including larger furniture or multiple pieces and moderate debris. • Full Truckload: $400 – $500 or more for home cleanouts, Large Landscape Cleanups, multiple large items, or commercial debris. Factors That Affect the Price • Heavy/dense materials (concrete, brick, dirt, roofing) May add a per-ton surcharge • Disposal/tipping fees are often charged per ton of total material • Access challenges (stairs, tight spaces) may add labor surcharges • Special/hazardous items (e.g., Freon appliances) may incur extra fees • Rush jobs (weekends/evenings) can add a premium
